  1. Place the chicken and all other ingredients (except the peppers) into the slow cooker. Mix together well.
  2. Place a tea towel on top of the slow cooker pot and then put on the lid (this will catch excess moisture and prevent your dish from becoming watery).
  3. Turn your slow cooker to your desired setting. If you're cooking on high 3.5 - 4 hours is perfect. If you're cooking on low plan for 6-7 hours.
  4. One hour before the end of cooking, add the peppers.
  5. When the chicken is cooked, sprinkle the fresh coriander on top and serve with naan.
